Terms & Conditions

  1. Expenses for Registration:
    • All expenses related to the registration of the agreement or property registry are to be borne by the customer, also referred to as the buyer. This may include, but is not limited to, notary fees, administrative charges, and any applicable service charges.
  2. Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) on Cash Back:
    • The cash-back payments promised under any of the investment plans will be subject to TDS deductions as per the prevailing tax laws. The net amount after the applicable TDS will be disbursed to the customer.
  3. Payment of TDS:
    • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that TDS is appropriately deducted and remitted to the government. The customer should provide proof of such a deduction if requested.
  4. Disbursement of Cash Back:
    • Cash back payments will be processed after the deduction of TDS and will be disbursed according to the schedule agreed upon in the investment plan.
  5. Compliance with Legal Requirements:
    • All parties agree to comply with the legal requirements and provisions of the law in the jurisdiction where the property is located, including but not limited to tax laws, property laws, and civil agreements.
